Beast Peanut Butter Chicken Breast
3 tablespoons Beast Premium Peanut ButterBeast
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 tablespoons honey or agave
60 milliliters coconut milk (light)
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoons chili flakes (optional heat)
1 tablespoons fresh coriander / spring onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
400 grams Beast Chicken BreastBeast
2 tablespoons Beast Roasted Peanuts (Beast Nutz ) — for garnishBeast
01
Prep & pound the chicken
Pat 400 grams Beast Chicken Breast and dry with paper towels. If breasts are thick, slice horizontally or pound to an even ~2cm thickness — this ensures even cooking and maximum sauce contact. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
02
Mix the Beast sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons Beast Premium Peanut Butter (H.O.G Edition), 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium), 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced, 1 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated, 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime), 1 tablespoons honey or agave, and 60 milliliters coconut milk (light) until completely smooth. Taste and adjust — more lime for brightness, more PB for richness. This is your weapon.
03
Marinate:
Pour half the sauce over the chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 20 minutes
(up to 4 hours in the fridge for deeper flavour). Reserve the remaining sauce for finishing.
04
Sear the chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoons olive oil in a pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes
per side without moving it — you want a golden crust. Add 1 teaspoons chili flakes (optional heat) to the pan now if using.
05
Finish with sauce:
Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour the reserved peanut butter sauce over the chicken. Let it simmer and thicken for 3–4 minutes , spooning it over the breast as it cooks. The sauce will reduce into a rich glaze.
06
Rest & serve:
Remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes — this locks in the juices. Slice against the grain. Top with crushed 2 tablespoons Beast Roasted Peanuts (Beast Nutz & Seedz) — for garnish and fresh 1 tablespoons fresh coriander / spring onions — for garnish. Serve over your base of choice (see goal-based tips below).
